Dysel and SDE are pleased to announce that refrigeration installation organization Sabcobel from Sint-Niklaas (Belgium) started the year with the go-live of Dysel's Equipment Life Cycle (ELC) solution including the Graphical Dispatch Board. The implementation was done by SDE from Lokeren with assistance of Dysel. Later this year, the mobile client EveryWare is implemented to provide the field service department access to the system on a mobile device.
As a refrigeration installation organization, Sabcobel designs, installs and services commercial and industrial refrigerations for over forty years now. Sabcobel is the exclusive distributor of the renowned brand Costan in Belgium. Sabcobel is headquartered in Sint-Niklaas and has branches in Kortrijk, Charleroi and Luxembourg.
The ELC solution is based on Microsoft Dynamics NAV and is a certified solution for companies that sell, rent and service machines and equipment. EveryWare supports the field service departments in their service and repair activities.
