Remko Gaastra joined Dysel in 2014 to manage Dysel North America and global marketing and sales. His previous entrepreneurial successes make Remko with over 30 years of experience in sales, business development, and management a perfect partner for anyone who wants to grow his/her business. He knows how IT can make a difference but is also aware of the risks. Since January 1, 2020, Remko is CEO at Dysel.
Hems van Heek is the founder of Dysel. From the beginning, he’s the driving force behind the business successes of Dysel. With 37 years of experience and excellent business management and IT knowledge, Hems is the perfect candidate for the position of CTO at Dysel.

Martin de Deugd has been working at Dysel since 2022. With more than 30 years of experience in IT, he is able, in addition to steering on results, to recognize parties in a dynamic playing field and to integrate interests and challenges into (strategic) objectives. His way of working is characterized by clear communication, clarity and transparency. A connecting and decisive (business) partner: a deal is a deal!
Martijn van Ommen joined Dysel in 2014. In his role as Business Controller, he is a valued member of Dysel’s management team. He is responsible for all financial affairs worldwide, including all software licensing agreements.
Philip van Kemenade completed his Marketing Management studies at Tilburg University in 2010 and has been working for Dysel since 2011. As Marketing Manager he is responsible for the branding, appearance and proposition of Dysel. Due to his extensive experience in helping equipment dealers, he knows the challenges in the industry and he works every day on aligning Dysel's products and services to the requirements and wishes of the customer.
Tamara de Jong has been working at Dysel since 2016. In the role of Product Manager, she is responsible for the development department, monitors the quality of the software and sets priorities for new developments. Tamara is passionate and accurate. Together with her team she strives for top quality, always in cooperation with other teams and with the interests of the customer first.
Ivan Dale joined Dysel in 2014 and is the Director Operations North America. With more than 20 years of IT experience, he has led the North American client network into new technology implementations. Having a focus towards building strong teams, and growing operational excellence, he knows the importance of clear communication and empathy in creating a successful customer experience.
