Joan Gaastra joined Dysel in 1999. He is more than committed to his job, and he is a partner as well as a member of the Dysel management team. Joan is one of the key drivers behind the brand as a product specialist, senior consultant, but also relationship builder. He designed and developed revolutionary industry-specific business applications that opened new markets.

Hems van Heek is the founder of Dysel. From the beginning, he’s the driving force behind the business successes of Dysel. With 35 years of experience and excellent business management and IT knowledge, Hems is the perfect candidate for the position of CTO at Dysel.
Remko Gaastra joined Dysel in 2014 to manage Dysel North America and global marketing and sales. His previous entrepreneurial successes make Remko with over 30 years of experience in sales, business development, and management a perfect partner for anyone who wants to grow his/her business. He knows how IT can make a difference but is also aware of the risks. Since January 1, 2020, Remko is CEO at Dysel.
Martijn van Ommen joined Dysel in 2014. In his role as Business Controller, he is a valued member of Dysel’s management team. He is responsible for all financial affairs worldwide, including all software licensing agreements.
