Dysel and Clarity Path strengthen support for equipment dealers in the Pacific region

Dysel and Clarity Path have entered into a strategic partnership to bring Dysel's Equipment Life Cycle solution closer to equipment dealers and machinery-driven companies in Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Pacific region.

Clarity Path will be the local primary point of contact for customers in the region, remaining involved from initial discussions through to follow-up and account management before, during, and after implementation. Dysel will continue to be responsible for product expertise and implementations, working closely with Clarity Path to combine industry-specific ERP functionality, implementation experience, and local market knowledge.

Dysel's Equipment Life Cycle solution is built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and supports the entire life cycle of machinery and equipment, including sales, rental, service, parts, fleet, field operations, and finance.

A local partner with a process-oriented approach

Clarity Path's approach focuses on understanding how equipment-driven businesses actually work before advising on technology. This practical, process-oriented way of working aligns closely with Dysel's focus on delivering industry-specific ERP functionality that supports real business improvement.

“Together with Clarity Path, we can support equipment dealers in the Pacific region with local market knowledge, a process-oriented approach, and a shared focus on practical business improvement,” says Remko Gaastra, CEO of Dysel. “Anthony understands the equipment dealer market, the available software landscape, and, most importantly, the processes behind the business. That makes Clarity Path a strong partner for customers seeking a solution that truly aligns with the way they work.”

Through his work with equipment dealers in Australia, Anthony Carle recognized how well Dysel's Equipment Life Cycle solution aligns with the operational reality of the sector. What particularly struck him was the depth of the standard functionality and the clear understanding of how equipment-driven companies operate.

“Many Australian dealers I work with use systems that aren't built for the practicalities of an equipment dealership. That leads to daily workarounds,” says Anthony Carle, Founder of Clarity Path. “What struck me about ELC is that the industry-specific functionality is already built-in. Sales, rentals, service, parts, and finance align with how dealers actually work, without extensive customization projects. My role isn't to sell software for the sake of selling it. I want to guide dealers to a system that fits their processes and continues to deliver sustainable value even after go-live.”
