Business Central's search function has answers to all your questions. Accessible at the top of the bar at any time, this feature not only helps you find the right field or get to the right page, but goes much further. For example, when you type "Payments," you will be offered the following help:

2. The Role Centers
The homepages in Business Central are the Role Centers and these are designed to provide information directly to users that is relevant to them. For example, for Sales, Finance, Rental, Service or Parts. In your home screen, you immediately see the KPIs that are important to you, you have tiles showing your workload and progress, and you can quickly initiate the actions that are common to you. But you can make it even easier for yourself by personalizing the Role Center. Through "Settings," select "Personalize," and in that mode you can move or hide items in the Role Center. You can always reverse all or part of these changes later. Personalization can be done for the top menu, 'Quick Access' buttons, headlines and all other page elements.
3. Intuitive colors, icons and screens
No other software company pays as much attention to the user interface as Microsoft. While Business Central is a business system and thus aimed at the B2B market, Microsoft realizes that the end user is a person and that this user desires an optimal experience. As a result, the system is extremely intuitive and user-friendly. This is reflected in the layout of menus and screens, but also in the use of colors and icons. Those who have some experience with Microsoft software programs (and almost all of us do) have an immediate head start in learning how to work with Business Central. Users for whom the system is completely new will become familiar with it in no time.
