THE ROLE CENTERS

Our focus on users is also reflected in Business Central's role-based homepages called Role Centers. These are specifically designed to provide job-related information based on the role within the organization, such as Sales, Finance, Rental, Service or Parts. On the home screen, you immediately see the KPIs that are important to you, clear tiles showing your workload and progress, and you can quickly initiate common actions. In addition, the Role Centers can be personalized, and adjustments can later be reversed in whole or in part.

INTUITIVE COLORS, ICONS AND SCREENS

Microsoft pays close attention to the usability of Business Central. Although it is a business system, Microsoft realizes that the end user wants an optimal experience. Therefore, the system is extremely intuitive and user-friendly, with a logical arrangement of menus and screens, and the use of recognizable colors and icons. Users familiar with other Microsoft software will have an immediate head start, while newcomers will quickly find their way around the system.
