Remko Gaastra joined Dysel in 2014 to lead Dysel North America and marketing and sales worldwide. His previous successes as an entrepreneur make Remko, with more than 30 years of experience in sales, business development and management, a perfect partner for anyone looking to grow his/her business. He knows how IT can make a difference, but also knows the risks. Since January 1, 2020, Remko is the CEO of Dysel.

Hems van Heek is the founder of Dysel. From the beginning, he has been the driving force behind Dysel's business successes. With 40 years of experience and his excellent knowledge of business operations and IT, Hems is the perfect candidate for the position of CTO at Dysel.

Martin de Deugd has been working at Dysel since 2022. With more than 30 years of work experience within IT, he is able, in addition to steering for results, to recognize parties in a dynamic playing field and integrate interests and challenges into (strategic) objectives. His way of working is characterized by clear communication, clarity and transparency. A connecting and decisive (business) partner: a deal is a deal!

Martijn van Ommen has worked at Dysel since 2014. In his role as Business Controller, he is a valued member of Dysel's management team. He is responsible for all financial matters worldwide, including all software license agreements.

Ivan Dale joined Dysel in 2014 and is Director of Operations North America. With more than 20 years of IT experience, he has guided clients in North America through implementations based on modern technology. With a focus on building strong teams and developing operational excellence, he knows the importance of clear communication and empathy in creating a successful customer experience.
