April 25, 2025 - Sikich
Dysel and leading US technology and consulting company Sikich have entered into an exclusive partnership for the North American market. Sikich thus becomes the sole reseller and service provider of Dysel's Equipment Lifecycle (ELC) solution in the United States and Canada. The solution is now also available through Microsoft AppSource.
Complete control of equipment life cycle
The ELC solution is designed specifically for equipment dealers and organizations that manage the entire machinery and equipment journey - from sales, rental and service to parts, projects and finance. With real-time tracking, AI-driven forecasting, mobile functionality and automated workflows, the solution helps companies streamline processes, optimize inventory and increase customer satisfaction.
Built on the powerful Microsoft platform, the software integrates seamlessly with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Microsoft 365 productivity tools, among others.
Sikich as a strategic partner for North America
With this partnership, Sikich assumes full responsibility for marketing, sales, implementation, support and customer relations in North America. This move follows previous joint projects in the region and aligns with the shared ambition to deliver scalable, cloud-based solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
"The strength of this partnership lies in our operational strength, domain expertise and strong relationship with Microsoft," said Scott Brennan, principal at Sikich. "Together with Dysel, we deliver a proven, functionally rich solution that helps our customers grow in a rapidly changing market."
Dysel continues to develop from the Netherlands
Dysel retains ownership of the solution and remains responsible for continued development from the Netherlands. Both parties will continue to work closely together on future updates, new functionalities and the product's roadmap.
"Partnering with Sikich allows us to respond to increasing demand in North America while continuing to focus on innovation and development," says Remko Gaastra, CEO of Dysel. "Sikich knows our market and customers inside out, and also provides additional professional services that benefit our clients."
Successful implementations and promising future
The partnership was launched with two successful implementations in the United States. All future projects in the region will now be implemented by Sikich, with support from Dysel where needed. This approach ensures local, fast service as well as access to the in-depth product knowledge of the team in the Netherlands.
