Toyota Material Handling USA selects Dysel's ELC

Dysel USA, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and global provider of Equipment Life Cycle (ELC), the equipment dealer market’s most sophisticated and fully integrated Dealer Management System (DMS), has been selected by Toyota Material Handling U.S.A., Inc.’s (TMHU) as a vendor of choice for implementing both a DMS throughout its dealer network, consisting of 68 independent dealers with a total of 190 individual locations, and a robust "OEM to Dealer" integration.

Dysel’s Equipment Life Cycle (ELC), is a comprehensive software solution to support Toyota’s dealers and their roles in buying, selling, renting, servicing, maintaining and managing serialized equipment, machinery and or fleets. Dysel designed and developed  its ELC to simplify all the processes that follow a piece of equipment from cradle to grave.

Dysel’s Dealer Management System (DMS) is designed to enhance productivity by streamlining the operational needs of running a dealership in one centralized database, including such components as: finance, sales, rental, parts, inventory and administration.

To date, six TMHU dealerships have chosen ELC. In most cases, these dealerships were seeking an advanced product to enhance their legacy systems.

TMHU was convinced of ELC's capability as the right technology as well as Dysel's ability to deliver it. The combined result to be realized by TMHU and its dealer network is the fact that ELC will not only meet their functional business requirements at each participating dealership but facilitate a "Hub and Spoke" configuration with TMHU's enterprise solution. Dysel's experience with building links that tie OEMs to their dealer network systems was also key to their decision.

"At the end of day, TMHU and their dealer partners will have a system that enables them to focus on providing their customers better service more efficiently at a lower cost all the while improving processes," said Stephan Krijgsman, president of Dysel USA.
