TMHU selects Dysel and ELC

Dysel USA, a Microsoft Gold Certified Partner and global provider of Equipment LifeCycle (ELC), the equipment dealer market’s most sophisticated and fully integrated Dealer Management System (DMS), has been named Toyota Material Handling USA's (TMHU) vendor of choice for implementing both a DMS throughout its dealer network, consisting of 69 independent dealers with a total of 188 individual locations, and a robust "OEM to Dealer" integration.

Headquartered in Boston, MA, Dysel USA continues to leverage its industry expertise and Microsoft competency with this substantial win.
Following a successful implementation of ELC at one of TMHU's premiere partners, Hull Lift Truck, Inc., Dysel was invited to meet with TMHU to further communicate their value proposition to TMHU's management and its dealer network throughout the United States.

TMHU had been looking for a system for many months prior to this engagement with the primary intent of meeting the needs of two of its corporately owned businesses: ProLift Industrial Equipment Co in Louisville, KY and Toyota Lift of LA, CA. In each case, these dealerships "had completely outgrown" their legacy systems and basically experienced firsthand the pains that had been experienced by TMHU's partners for years. With Hull's successful implementation of Dysel's ELC, a new perspective was brought to the discussion.

TMHU was convinced of ELC's capability as the right technology as well as Dysel's ability to deliver it. The combined result to be realized by TMHU and its dealer network is the fact that ELC will not only meet their functional business requirements at each participating dealership but facilitate a "Hub and Spoke" configuration with TMHU's enterprise solution. Dysel's experience with building links that tie OEMs to their dealer network systems was also key to their decision. At the end of day, TMHU and their dealer partners are going to have a system that enables them to focus on providing their customers better service more efficiently at a lower cost all the while improving processes.
