The Saudi-Arabian Thermo King dealer Abbar went live on Dysel’s Equipment Life Cycle (ELC) solution.
Abbar’s presence in Saudi-Arabia consists of three offices, with the location in the capital Riyadh as the first one to go live on Dysel’s ELC solution. The other two locations, in Dammam and Jeddah, will follow soon. As a Thermo King dealer, Abbar is part of a globally operating organization, active in the climate control industry since 1938 and with (service)locations in all continents of the world. Thermo King offers a comprehensive range of product solutions specially designed for the transport temperature control industry.
The main reasons for Abbar to choose for Dysel are the proven success of ELC at other Thermo King dealers all over the world and Dysel’s extensive experience in climate control. Abbar will use ELC to optimize the service level offered to customers. In ELC, Abbar is able to register all service offers and work orders. After execution of a work order, the service history of the unit is updated. The ELC solution provides Abbar with a continuous overview of the status, configuration and history of units. For registration and reporting of resource efficiency as well as composing claims, ELC will be used as well.
