Release Servicepack ELC18-1109

Dysel announces the release of Servicepack ELC18-1109. The most recent version of Dysel’s powerful Equipment Life Cycle solution has been improved on several aspects.


In the Rental module, some improvements have been made regarding invoicing and calculations. From now on manual rate cards can be used instead of adjusting the unit price which has been disabled. This prevents certain calculation errors.


The Projects module has been improved on multiple aspects. The delivery of objects to a project can now be arranged directly in the project functionality without creating a work order or purchase order. Cancelling a delivery does not require a work order or purchase order either. An invoice schedule has been created to enable spreading invoices over a certain time period. In resource planning a feature has been added to book all used hours under ‘Actual Hours’. This enables users to compare budget to reality.


The Maintenance module has been enriched with a different pricing structure. An invoice schedule and rate card ensure a better overview of invoices.


Regarding Requisition some changes have been made. In the production work orders, a lookup has been added to explain why a certain quantity of articles is required. In these cases, inventory requirements from each location and requirements from a variety of work orders and purchase orders are taken into consideration. If a service car requires an article that is available on stock, a transfer order will be created automatically.


Dysel attaches great importance to customer needs and expectations. Improvements are therefore made in cooperation with our customers and after intensive testing.
