NEW: Release of Dysel’s mobile application EveryWare 1.17.1

More than 1,100 employees of equipment management organizations around the world rely every day on the power of Dysel’s mobile application EveryWare. We are therefore continuously working on improving EveryWare and adding features that enhance the user experience and contribute to the performance.

Thanks to the feedback from our customers, we have fixed several bugs in version 1.17.1 and added new features. These are the most important improvements in Dysel’s EveryWare 1.17.1:

  • Save user credentials:

This version enables users to save their username and password, so they do not have to enter their user credentials every time they log in.

  • Communication log has been added:

In addition to the change log, there is now also a communication log in EveryWare. This can be checked in case of an error to find out more about what has caused the error.

  • Improvements in CRM:

Various improvements have been made in CRM. Bugs with entering the first name and with how the "due date" was presented have been resolved. When creating a new contact person, data no longer gets lost. Creating new cases and tasks in CRM is now faster, because the company name and contact person are filled in automatically.

  • Improved work order planning:

Work orders are correctly filtered when displayed in the Graphical Dispatch Board and in the planning overview. Work order quotations are no longer displayed unless this filter has been selected. These improvements provide a better overview of the work orders that need to be planned.
