Jonker in Moerkapelle (The Netherlands) recently went live on Dysel’s Equipment Life Cycle (ELC) solution.
Jonker is a family-owned business, specialized in hot water- and steam installations. Besides all kind of repair jobs on boiler installations, Jonker does complete revisions of installations, including periodic inspections and examinations.
Jonker already had Microsoft Dynamics NAV running and wanted to automate its services. With Dysel’s ELC, Jonker has a better insight in its business processes, such as production, service and delivery. Work procedures are always under control and the installed base per client gives detailed information about the client and the installation.
