The upgrade project includes the implementation of the mobile solution EveryWare for service technicians. EveryWare supports the service technicians of TKI in their service, maintenance and repair jobs. EveryWare runs on computers, tablets and mobile phones and is an intuitive solution for handling the administration of service jobs. Customer info, equipment info, work order info, it is all instantly available. Users can add parts to work orders, fill in time sheets, add photos, get a signature and email customers and colleagues. Together with ELC and the Graphical Dispatch Board, you have all the tools you need to manage your service department and become more productive and deliver faster and better service.
